Wild Bill's Riders was established in 1962 in Albertville, Wisconsin. Each year the club hosts three to four horse shows at our show grounds and several social gatherings.  In 1999 the club purchased land east of Elk Mound, Wisconsin and moved the arena, food stand and entry stand to the new show grounds. Since then we have added running water, lights and a second arena. The second arena is now used for warming up horses and trail classes. In the Fall of 2000 some of our members had a roof raising party and built a shelter for people to sit under on those hot summer afternoons while they watch the show.  It comes in handy on rainy days too!

WBR holds several social functions each year also. Members have fun together with and without horses.  We enjoy trail rides in the summer and fall, hay rides in the winter, card parties and our annual bingo party-awards banquet (pot luck of course). Sometimes we get together at the show grounds just to ride and talk about all the great things we have done with our horses. Our members keep their horses busy with trail rides, driving, game and pleasure classes, team penning, drill team and many other activities.

WBR is a member of both United Horseman's Association and Western Saddle Clubs Association .  All of our shows are WSCA approved.

Anyone who wants to enjoy good horses with good friends is encouraged to join. Click on our officers page to print a membership form and send it, along with a check to our treasurer. If you have any other questions contact any of our officers
